College Credit

One hour of college credit will be available through Friends University for $150/credit hour.

Friends University will have representatives present the first day of camp to assist with the enrollment process and fee payment for college credit.

If you would like to pre-register you will need to go to the Friends teacher education webpage at www.friends.edu/edworkshops and complete the following steps:

1.      Submit an online or electronic paper application in order to be activated as a student. This will allow you to then enroll a few days later.

2.      Depending upon your status (new or returning-will need to read the instructions on the webpage above), you can then enroll once activated by going into your SSB account and entering the CRN for your course etc. All information for your course is found in the summer brochure of which you will need to know prior to going into their SSB account to enroll.

3.      Once enrolled, you can then go into the payment portion and pay tuition. (All enrollment and registration instructions are also found on this webpage under quick links-or you can call Friends at 316-295-5516 for assistance with any step.)

Otherwise you can complete the paperwork on the morning of the event, and bring a check for payment. Friends will include all the above steps into one process. Either way will work.
